Trashcans and Self-control

Flu Season is here. I can tell. The first week of school is completed and two children have already missed school due to illness.

I love when parents keep their sickies home, but it is a joy to my heart when a child jumps out of their chair, dashes through the maze of desks and reaches the wastebasket before releasing their breakfast. Self-control is a wonderful thing.
